In our work at Implement, we have seen that processes and technology have been at the forefront as a reaction to enable large-scale remote work. But many organisations have not yet succeeded with the human aspect of hybrid work. Around the world, workers are experiencing an increased feeling of being overwhelmed from work, a lower sense of belonging and uncertainty about how our ways of leading and delegating work are fit for a future of less physical presence. We believe that culture is and will be the key to making hybrid work sustainable.
