We are happy to introduce the next Food for Thought session on Friday, December 1st at 8:30 CET with focus on inclusive leadership and gender norms in a business context.  

Some of you had the pleasure of meeting Caroline Farberger at the Summer UNI 22 on the big scene, where she shared her very impactful personal story.

Caroline is an experienced CEO, professional chairperson and board member. Up until 2022, Caroline was CEO of the Swedish ICA Insurance, has been a dot-com entrepreneur and consultant with McKinsey for 6 years. She has received the Swedish LGBTQ Person of the Year Award, the Danish Womenomics Leadership Award, and the Swedish Kerstin Hesselgren Award from the hands of HRH Crown Princess Mary. Today, she is an accomplished Tech Investor, keynote speaker, and published author.

Caroline will in her keynote share her perspective on inclusive leadership from her unique personal experiences followed by a conversation with Christian Milner and Clara Zeller on DEI challenges & the big WHY diversity is important in general and in Implement.
