This session will shine light on the crucial topic of “Diversity and Inclusion - all year round”.

Our speaker for the event is Andreas Gylling Æbelø. With his own experience as both an employee from a minority background and later as a director with the ultimate responsibility for diversity and inclusion, Andreas provides a unique contribution and counterpoint to the leaders and HR professionals who, in practice, must translate intentions into reality. In his keynote he sheds light on how many modern companies aim to ensure a safe and diverse workplace with a focus on minorities and especially vulnerable groups. But how is it done in practice and in everyday situations? When the HR course is over, and the Pride flag lowered.

Andreas has worked as a chief consultant in the consulting industry, as a special advisor to the former Danish Prime Minister Helle Thorning-Schmidt, and as a director at the AIDS Foundation. Simultaneously, he has been involved in humanitarian and social work, serving as a board member in several NGOs.
