A morning on Qvest, a data-driven approach to large-scale transformations

We will be taking a closer look at the digital Qvest tool, a tool designed to engage all employees and get data on what is going on in the organisation. At the event, we will explore how you use these valuable insights to make decisions in the transformation plan, and further, we will be joined by Vestas who will explain how they used Qvest to drive their digital transformation across 2,500 employees globally.

As globally responsible for the Change & Business Implementation unit in the newly established Digital Solutions, Morten and his team are enabling successful implementation of products, projects and new digital capabilities at Vestas. By developing change capability through improved global standards, competence and community building, communication and training concepts and innovating on digital adoption frameworks, Morten is dedicated to delivering high digital business adoption and faster time to digital value on Vestas’ digital investments. Morten will share his learnings from using the digital Qvest platform to collect and use unique conversational data to inform and guide the digital transformation process when establishing Digital Solutions.

Pia Lauritzen, Inventor and Founder of Qvest and Question Jam

Pia Lauritzen is a Danish philosopher and tech entrepreneur. She holds a PhD in philosophy and is the inventor and founder of Qvest and Question Jam. She has published five books about questions and leadership (Questions is upcoming on Johns Hopkins University Press in November 2023) and writes a regular column for strategy+business. Pia’s 2019 TEDx Talk is titled What you don’t know about questions, and earlier this year, she was selected for the Thinkers50 Radar list for “providing powerful proof that questions, rather than generic answers, will shape our futures.” Pia will share why and how a new kind of question data helps large organisations drive successful transformation.
